It is mostly made up of 875 plots of between 1,100 and 2,000 m2, with detached houses of between 400 and 1,000 m2.

There is a bus service from Madrid (Plaza Castilla) to the entrance to the estate.

It has a small shopping centre comprising various establishments which serve both Santo Domingo and Ciudalcampo.
