This area is situated to the north of Madrid, just 5 km. from the city centre.

A new urban development, which was started in 2001, the houses and flats on offer are still in the process of being constructed.

Completion is forecast for August 2004. Numerous services will be provided in the area, including a HIPERCOR department store and supermarket, a SANITAS hospital, schools, large parks, etc.
